Linda Susan (Buzza) Nichols

Our mother, Linda S. Nichols (Buzza), passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 22, 2024 in Fortuna, California at the age of 76. She was born on July 10, 1948, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and spent much of her life in Fortuna. Linda was a graduate of Fortuna Union High School and a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church. We are proud of her 30 plus years of sobriety and being an active member of A.A.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Nichols, who passed away on May 27, 2006. Linda is survived by her loving family: her daughter, Felicija Lanphear, and son-in-law Tim Lanphear; her son, Kevin Nichols, and daughter-in-law Hillary Nichols; and her cherished grandchildren—Alexandria Gutierrez, T.J. Lanphear, Levi Nichols, and Georgina Nichols.
