Ramona was born in Parowan, Utah were she resided until the family move to Sacramento Valley, she worked for Pacific Bell as a switch board operator for many years. She met her Husband and Soul Mate in Woodland California. They moved to Humboldt County in 1955. There they lived and raised their four children. She worked for Pacific Lumber Company for many years as a switch board operator, where she and her husband Bill took great pride in their award-winning yard. In June of 2012, she and her eldest daughter moved to Windsor California where she met many new and close friends. She led a full life and inspired all that knew her with her artistic abilities, and her love for gardening.
Ramona went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2014 peacefully, at home with her daughter Michal-Ann by her side.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father Florence and Clarence Clark, her Brother Kenyon Clark, her son-in-law Larry Barsanti, and her beloved husband Bill Moore.
She leaves behind her brother Hal Clark (Fran) and family and Jack Clark and family, her children Joe, Susan, Kevin (Zora), and Michal-Ann, adopted Child: Shelia (Larry) Martin, Grandchildren, Angie (Kenny) Rocha, Shawna (Chris) Schumacher, Marc (Jessie) Barsanti, Heather Gilbert, Kristina (Randy) Boyett, Levi Moore, Josh Moore, great grandchildren : Tiara (Brad) Brown, Tierney Mobley, Maddie Rocha, Jenna & Connor Schumacher, Hunter & Gage Barsanti, Adrian & Bristol Moore, Devin Patel, Jada & Aiyana Boyett, great-great grandchild: Zayden Brown and her beloved dog Lilly.
We would like to thank the great staff of 4East at Kaiser Hospital for their excellence and the comfort they gave our Mom and family and Sutter Health Hospice for their loving care.
Friends and family are all invited to the Graveside service on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Ocean View Cemetery, Eureka, California. There will be a reception following the graveside service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Ross Hill Road, Fortuna, California.
In lieu of flowers Donations made to Saint Jude Childrens Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
