Henry, William (Bill) Dallas III
Passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2014. William was born November 17, 1971 in Fortuna, California. Loving son of William and Frances Henry of Fortuna, sister and best friend Dawn Marie Henry Dano, (Rick), and niece, Claire Marie Dano, for whom he felt great affection. A graduate of Fortuna Union High School and earned two-year certificate at College of the Redwoods in Construction Technology. A long time employee of Tom's Sourdough Pizza Villa. A member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fortuna, and a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. William was very devoted to his family and loved working on various projects with his father. He provided great support and love to his mother. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Aline and A.W. Youkey, and William and Laura Henry. A public viewing will be held at Gobles Fortuna Mortuary, 560 12th street, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2014, with a Rosary recital also at Gobles Fortuna Mortuary on Monday, May 19, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 14th and N street, in Fortuna at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, William's family requests memorial donations to Knights of Columbus Redwood Council, P.O. Box 430, Fortuna 95540. Arrangements are under the care of Gobles Fortuna Mortuary.
